Abdoulie is the Founder and CEO of GWAF.

She oversees budgeting, reporting, and compliance, helping the organization grow sustainably. With experience in finance, business development, and education, she has worked as a Financial Controller, Business Development Manager, and now also teaches English and Home Economics at Bymyra Bilingual School. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the International Open University and an Advanced Diploma from Gambia College. Known for her teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail, Jainaba plays a vital role in strengthening the foundation’s impact across The Gambia.
